The Wind Horse, a mythical Tibetan creature, combining the speed of the wind and the strength of the horse carries prayers from earth to the heavens.The Wind Horse Legacy will use inspiration, education and leadership in it's grassroots initiative. The mission is to provide the motivation and tools for teachers to raise the awareness of school children towards people with disabilities.
