Willow Creek at Hal McNees Property
| This section of Willow Creek has been removed from cattle grazing for around six years. The grass has grown back to knee to waste high length and the willows are rebounding. This has helped against erosion and sedimentation of the creek. | A major goal here is to allow the native redband trout strain to reassert itself. They are much more adaptable to smaller streams and warmer water than traditional rainbow trout. |
